Microneedling at Kansas City Wellness Center
Microneedling can be done with hyaluronic acid, growth factors, or platelet-rich plasma. Microneedling, also known as “microchanneling” or collagen induction therapy (CIT), is performed at Kansas City Wellness Center and Medical Spa by our licensed aestheticians or nurses. Our procedure uses an Eclipse pen covered with tiny needles, which allows skin-enhancing serums to penetrate deep into the skin for better results than skin care products alone.
Decrease Fine Lines and Wrinkles
The needles cause micro-injuries, so collagen and elastin are produced in the skin to rebuild and rejuvenate the skin surface. Microneedling can help decrease stretch marks, scars, skin discoloration, fine lines, and wrinkles.
